Benefits We Offer

Vacation

Full-time professional staff shall receive vacation on the basis of three (3) weeks the first and second year of employment and four (4) weeks thereafter.
Full-time support staff and paraprofessional employees shall receive vacation on the basis of two (2) weeks for the first and second year of employment, three (3) weeks for the third and fourth year of employment, and four (4) weeks each year thereafter.

Health Insurance

Health insurance coverage is effective after 30 days of full-time employment. At the present time, WellSource, Inc. has 9 options to choose from, including 3 at no cost to employee.

Dental Insurance

Dental insurance coverage is effective on the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment. At the present time, WellSource, Inc. pays the employee premium. Family members can be added at a cost to the employee.

Life, Long-Term Disability, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance coverage, in the amount of $100,000, is effective after 30 days of full-time employment. Long-term disability insurance coverage is effective after 90 days of full-time employment. At the present time, WellSource, Inc. pays the employee premium.

Sick and Family Sick Leave

Full-time staff accrue 12 hours of sick leave per month, with a maximum allowed accrual of 520 hours. Full-time staff are allotted 16 hours of family sick leave, with exception, per fiscal year.

Personal Leave

Full-time staff are granted 16 hours of personal leave, per fiscal year.

Retirement – Employer Money Purchase Plan

WellSource, Inc. will contribute 6% of an employee’s annual salary. Contributions will begin on January 1 or July 1, after one year of full-time employment.

Continuing Education

Professional staff are allotted 40 hours and $1400, per fiscal year, for pre-approved continuing education expenses.
